RETURNS
Returns will be honoured for new unused products within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase and will take place in the form of store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods like sun screen, surfboards, swim, wetsuits and sale items.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $100. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Please note, we do not ship surfboards. Must be picked up in store!
